I would like to commend you on a job well done.

Had your windows put in a few years ago and was so satisfied that I went to you again for our new doors. Again your work was done in a manner that has to be commended. You sent Bob Brill to install the doors and I have to say, he is of the best I’ve ever seen. I might say the cleanest also. He spent a lot of time explaining how everything worked and gave us his phone number if there was a problem. Well, I might say, what kind of problem with the way they were installed. I commend you again for the kind of people you hire and that goes for Guy (sorry Guy, I forgot your last name but will never forget you).
