This letter is to let you know how appreciative we are of Pat White.
We were scheduled to have our windows replaced on Wednesday, December 7th. However, because Pat is such a professional, he visited us a few days earlier to ensure that all the information was correct regarding the installation. In our particular case, Pat not only dealt with us but dealt with our tenants also. Pat managed to get along with all these different individuals. At this stage, everyone on our street knows Pat, because he is so friendly and helpful. However, this does not prevent Pat from getting the job done. He is very driven, and keeps the conversations in check, while continuing to accomplish his daily goals. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Pat. We have invested a lot of money in our window installation project. Thankfully, because of seeing Pat’s work ethic and his thoroughness in getting the job done, we know that our investment is going to last a long time. In my previous professional experience, I would have given anything to have someone like Pat White work in our organization. Unfortunately, finding individuals with Pat’s work ethic is practically impossible these days. John, I’m sure that you already realize how valuable Pat White is to the success or your organization. It has been a pleasure to write this letter. Our lives have been enriched from knowing Pat, and watching him work. He has made us more aware of the importance of doing, you best every day.
