I’m writing in regard to the recent service call you made to our home.

On September 30, your serviceman, John replaced an upper pane in one of our living room windows. John is both courteous and capable and I’m sure a good employee. Metropolitan installed these windows in 2000. Bill Hamilton was the installer and we appreciated his craftsmanship and friendly attitude. Now we wish to thank you for standing behind your product and we continue to recommend Metropolitan to others.
