I was in the service industry my entire career and know that too often letters of complaint are written and too seldom letters of praise are written. This is a letter of praise for your employees. Guy is very knowledgeable about your products, answering all of our questions truthfully and honestly. If he did not have an answer he said he didn’t know but would get back to us with the information, which he did as soon as possible. He told us what to expect upon installation. He did not use any high-pressure tactics and was a pleasure to work with. Tell Guy to come out and take after pictures. The installers arrived on time and started immediately. They took care to protect our property and were very careful while doing their work in a very professional manner. When they left everything was as clean as when they came. We are very satisfied with the excellent treatment we received from everyone at Metropolitan Window Company and congratulate you for a very well run company. I would be happy to recommend your company to anybody.
